In addition to being a podcast host, Andrea Hiott is a philosopher, author, writer and cognitive scientist. She has written popular books about Porsche and the original Volkswagen, and is currently completing a book about the pilot Bessie Coleman. In her academic life, she has developed a philosophy of mind known as Waymaking which reframes cognition as what moves us and the ways we move.
